One may be active, loud, or talkative. Here is an expression which can be found in either man or woman (male or female). This is the moment where we don’t hear anything except our own self . . . here is a deep self-dialogue where only one knows, by him or herself, what is going on, even the nosiest observer cannot see or know . . . only the one who is meditating knows. Even if he/she tells, when she tells, she can only tell a part of it. Saying what went on during meditation hardly describes the real spirituality that one has to feel because it is about something internal.
