There is a moment, a place, and a spiritual level where one needs some happiness in relaxation. In order to go to sleep, one needs calmness because calm helps us fall asleep.
It is with this intention that these women, as friends or neighbors, take a walk together to get their babies to go to asleep.
Raising a family is a long term process with a lot of sacrifice. My mother educated me and my brothers and sisters under these circumstances with this philosophy.
Because this takes place in the socio-economic, cultural, and familial realm, woman is the most involved.
